Policy Statement
Southwest Luxury LLC automatically charges to the customer’s credit card a 20% gratuity for all vehicles.
A 4% processing fee, based on the fare, stops and waiting time, will be added to every customer’s bill who is paying with a credit card.
Additional gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion.
All out of pocket charges and special requests, including tolls, parking, airport fees and taxes will be added to your bill.
Waiting time:
For airport pick-ups: a 30-minute grace period is given after scheduled pick-up time unless notified 3 hrs prior to arrival.
There will be a $20.00 Meet &Greet charge for all inside pickups.
For non-airport pick-ups: a grace period of 10 minutes is given.
Once either grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 15 minute increments.
Extra stops en-route are charged $10.00 for up to 10 minutes, if stop time is over 10 minutes, the appropriate vehicle waiting time charge applies.
A service charge equal to the full amount of the anticipated charter will be applied to any changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a "No show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting
time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to that customer.

Pick-Up Guarantee:
Every confirmed non-airport reservation will be picked up within 15 minutes of the requested time if booked 24 hours before the scheduled run.
Every confirmed airport reservation, the customer will be able to contact their driver within 30 minutes of their call to Southwest Luxury LLC, if booked 24 hours before the scheduled
run.
If these guarantees are not met, Southwest Luxury LLC will reimburse the customer for comparably priced alternate transportation. For pick up guarantee to be valid customer must
notify us prior to taking alternate transportation.
If the above guarantees cannot be met due to conditions outside of their control, including weather, accidents, and any other acts of God, we will use our best efforts to notify
the customer of these conditions.
A 20% surcharge based on the fare, stop time and waiting time will be charged to all trips taking place on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are left in vehicles.
Hourly trips are billed from spot to drop.
Taxes additional where applicable.
Sedans are billed at a 2 hour minimum regardless of use.
Limousines are billed at a 3 hour minimum regardless of use.
Each vehicle is booked as a separate reservation.
All passengers must be 21 years of age and have valid state issue Id’s to consume alcohol in our vehicles.
A cancellation fee of 1000% of total fare and gratuity will be billed for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.
You Must Cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up date to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of total anticipated fare and gratuity.

Rental of Limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:
Vehicle will not be reserved until this signed contract has been received by Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC, payment arrangements have been made and you’ve received a signed
confirmation from Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC.
Airport pickups: Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra
$ 10.00 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time. For all arriving flights you will be given instructions about where to locate your driver based on current airport security, terminal
and other restrictions. To avoid a no-show fee do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. The number is: 602-889-5137 or 1-877-211-5466. A $10 surcharge will be
applied to any trip before 5 am of after 12 am and certain holidays.
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. No firearms or weapons of any type are permitted unless accompanied by a proper and current
permit to carry a concealed weapon and you are on duty. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
Client/renter is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior/exterior and equipments of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: dents, gum, wine and
alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, VCR, radio, CD player. Repair and replacement of items
shall have a minimum charge of at least ($100.00) one hundred US dollars. Detailing, deodorizing and sterilization due to vomiting are a minimum charge of at least ($250.00) two hundred
and fifty US dollar. It is the client/renters’ responsibility to see that his/her guests behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC reserves the right
to expel any person(s) from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger, or for abusive or aggressive behavior,
any illegal activities or in the event the driver feels it necessary for his safety, the safety of the vehicle or the safety of the clients or others. Terminating this contract is wholly
up to the discretion of Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC employees or affiliates. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.
While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks, videotapes and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle
during or after completion of the limousine rental period.
Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off
information, and any situation beyond our control. To avoid a no-show fee equal to the amount of the anticipated charter fee plus gratuity do not leave before calling the office for assistance.

In the unlikely event you have a signed confirmation and we do not show call the office immediately at 602-889-5137 or 1-877-211-5466. Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC will do everything at
its disposal to rectify the matter. This may include substituting like or upgraded equipment or if agreed upon, with you, the client, a Lincoln Town car for expeditious purposes. Contracted
charges will begin at the time the equipment arrives, upgraded or same equipment would remain at the original contracted rate and Lincoln Town car substitutes would be billed at our lower
Lincoln Town car rate of $48.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum includes gratuity.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the limousine rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time
of booking and is nonrefundable. The balance is due at the time of the service. All transactions paid by credit card are charged an additional 4% processing fee.
Southwest Luxury Sedan LLC reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
