We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Southwest Luxury Sedan has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via phone, just give us 2 hour notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, Southwest Luxury Sedan cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 2 hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
It is up to the parent or guardian to supply an approved car seat for each child that is under the minimum age/weight standards required by local laws. If a child seat is required by law and not provided by you, we may not be able to provide service at the scheduled time. Click here to review our terms.
